The Seller has a dedicated marketing space (hereinafter referred to as the "Reserved Space") on the www.appro-zagaya.fr Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal Site"), from from which the Customer can remotely purchase, via Internet, his products. This Reserved Space is accessible online by the Customer via the Site Portal, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all year round except in the case of maintenance operations.
It is specified that the Site Portal is operated by the company APPRO-ZAGAYA, SARL with capital of 8000 euros whose head office is located 17 cited DIAKA, 97290 LE MARIN, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Martinique under the number 511 323 560. This Site allows the Customer to have access to information relating to the legal entities of the company Appro Zagaya, to be a point of entry to allow customers to make direct purchases from these entities according to the terms and conditions. and conditions of the Reserved Space of each Seller. Thus, in the same way that when a customer makes his purchases in a physical store, the purchases that are made by the Customer via the Internet through the Reserved Space of each Seller will be concluded directly with the Seller chosen by the Customer. 1. OBJECT
The General Conditions of Sale are intended to describe the terms and conditions of distance sales of goods and services between the Seller and the Customer. They express the entirety of the obligations and rights of the Parties. The Customer has the option to print them.
2. GENERAL
2.1 Full legal capacity of the Client
Is Customer, under the General Conditions of Sale, any natural person, aged at least 18 years old or having the authorization of the authorized person at the date of the validation of his order. The Customer is a consumer, that is to say that he acts for purposes that are not part of his business, industrial, craft or liberal. The latter acknowledges having full legal capacity to engage under the General Conditions of Sale.
For all purposes, it is stated that any order made on the Seller's Reserved Space must meet the normal needs of a household and that the sale of alcohol to persons under eighteen (18) years of age is prohibited (Article L. 3342-1 of the Public Health Code).
2.2 Customer identification via a password
All orders must be identified by a customer account.
Thus, during the first order and in order to personalize its environment, an email address and a password must be entered by the Customer. A uniqueness and identifier check is then performed by the system. In case of loss of the password, the Customer can click on the link "Forgotten password?" And enter his email address. The Customer will receive a link to initialize his password. This password is not used to make any payment. This password, strictly confidential, will be requested to the unauthenticated Client before each transaction. For each order, the Customer must log in by entering his username and password in the space dedicated to this purpose.
2.3 Scope, opposability and duration of the General Conditions of Sale
The Customer acknowledges having read the General Conditions of Sale and expressly declares to accept them. This acceptance will be given to each order once the Customer has ticked the box "I acknowledge having read the terms and conditions". In this sense, the Customer accepts without reservation all the stipulations provided for in these conditions, to the exclusion of all others.
